Private Pilates & Somatic Sessions

Currently, all private session are offered at Tandem Studio in Oakland, CA or online. If you can’t find a time that works for you, email me at [email protected].
Private sessions include posture assessment, bodywork, alingment training, strength trianing, and mind-set support as you get out of pain if needed, gain strength and feel really good in your body.

Booty & core puts some emphasis on glutes and abs while getting a balanced work out.

At least 5 reformer classes or Privates are required first. Try our Mixed Level Reformer or Beginner Classes if you are new to pilates! This level moves into balance, strength and complex movments.

Thursdays @ 4:00 pm (PST) Restorative Yoga ONLINE
Breathing, relaxing, and flexibility are the focus for this class. Starting with a slow warm up, you’ll hold 5 – 8 poses for 2 – 3 minutes each with support from props. The muscles, fascia and joints have time to release and your mind gets to go on vacation.
Props required: 2 blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 yoga mat, 1 to 2 rectangle bolsters, 1 blanket (optional). For help purchasing props, text me: 510-313-3686
