Private Pilates & Somatic Sessions

Currently, all private session are offered at Tandem Studio in Oakland, CA or online.  If you can’t find a time that works for you, email me at [email protected].

Private sessions include posture assessment, bodywork, alingment training, strength trianing, and mind-set support as you get out of pain if needed, gain strength and feel really good in your body.

Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm,  Re:F0rm Reformer

This is a mixed Level reformer class designed to give people with varying levels of experience a work out.

Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm,  Foundations Reformer

Foundations provides basic skills required to to effectively take higher level classes.

Tuesdays @ 7:30 pm,  Booty & Core Reformer

Booty & core puts some emphasis on glutes and abs while getting a balanced work out.

Wednesdays @ 12 pm,  Booty & Core

Wednesdays @ 1 pm,  Foundations Reformer

Take this class for a great flow with lots of stretching to ease and balance muscles.

A full-body Pilates workout that strengthens, tones, and improves overall fitness with some emphasis on glutes and abs. 

Wednesdays @ 7:00 am, Intermediate/Advanced Reformer

At least 5 reformer classes or Privates are required first. Try our Mixed Level Reformer or Beginner Classes if you are new to pilates! This level moves into balance, strength and complex movments.

Wednesdays @ 8:00 am, Bootycore Reformer

A full-body Pilates workout that strengthens, tones, and improves overall fitness with some emphasis on glutes and abs. 

Wednesdays @ 9:00 am, Mixed Reformer

Mixed Level Reformer is designed to give people with varying levels of experience a work out.

Thursdays @ 4:00 pm (PST) Restorative Yoga ONLINE

Breathing, relaxing, and flexibility are the focus for this class.   Starting with a slow warm up, you’ll hold 5 – 8 poses for 2 – 3 minutes each with support from props. The muscles, fascia and joints have time to release and your mind gets to go on vacation.  

Props required:  2 blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 yoga mat, 1 to 2 rectangle bolsters,   1 blanket (optional).  For help purchasing props, text me: 510-313-3686
