Private sessions include posture assessment, bodywork, alingment training, strength trianing, and mind-set support as you get out of pain if needed, gain strength and feel really comfortable in your body.

Pilates flow transitions from one exercise to the next with attention on breathing and how the exercises relate to one another.   Some previous experience in pilates is preferred.

Matt Classes at Trout Creek Recreation Center

Thursdays @ 5:30 pm, Pilates, Stretch and Roll

Pilates, stretch and roll weaves between pilates with a focus on alignment, deep stretching and foam rollig to release what’s tight and stregnthen what ‘s week.  Ultimately, the goal is to find balance and get access to more power.

Sundays @ 4:30 pm Yin Yoga

The focus for this class is breathing, relaxing, and felxibility.  Starting with a slow warm up, you’ll hold 5 – 8 poses for 2 – 3 minutes each with support from props. The muscles, fascia and joints have time to release and your mind gets time to relax.  This is a first come first serve class. Members can bring guests for $12.  Non- member fee is $15

Thursdays @ 4:00 pm (PST) Restorative Yoga ONLINE

Breathing, relaxing, and flexibility are the focus for this class.   Starting with a slow warm up, you’ll hold 5 – 8 poses for 2 – 3 minutes each with support from props. The muscles, fascia and joints have time to release and your mind gets to go on vacation.
